About Corrinne
Corrinne Armour CSP is Australia’s leading thinker in Fearless Leadership®. She works with senior leadership teams across complex environments to build trust, clarity, and courage in how leaders work together, particularly when the stakes are high.
Corrinne brings deep, lived leadership insight to her work. Her experience spans more than a decade in senior corporate leadership roles, two years living and teaching in a refugee camp in the jungle on the edge of a warzone, and over 20 years working in and out of boardrooms alongside senior leaders. This unique blend of experience enables her to connect powerfully with leaders navigating pressure, competing priorities, and uncertainty.
Her work is grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, and contemporary leadership research, and always anchored in real-world application. Corrinne is known for translating complex concepts into practical, actionable insights that leaders can apply immediately, creating the conditions for honest dialogue, accountability, and meaningful change.
Corrinne works with senior leaders across corporate, government, health, education, construction and for-purpose sectors. Clients value her positive energy, direct communication and unwavering focus on impact.
Through her Fearless Leadership® framework, Corrinne challenges leaders to elevate their performance by engaging in the conversations that matter most — the ones that unlock thinking, strengthen trust and move people and organisations forward.
