As the year draws to a close, it’s time for celebration of who we are and what we have achieved. It’s a time for reflection. And it’s a time to seize the opportunity for the new beginning offered by a new year.

Thinking back over the wants and needs of my clients this year, here’s some gifts I would wish for you this Christmas.

Gift 1: Step Up. The ability to get out of your own way & the confidence to be who you truly are.

Gift 2: Choose Thriving. Shift from surviving to thriving by making and living choices aligned with your values.

Gift 3: Befriend the Gremlin. Grappling with your Gremlin – that little voice inside that gives you all the reasons why you can’t / shouldn’t – is a no-win game. Instead, just thank the Gremlin for the (well meaning) advice and take bold action regardless.

Gift 4: Make space for yourself. When you are sparkling, you are in the best position to serve others.

Gift 5: Enhance your flexibility. The leader with the most flexibility wins!

If you were to take just one of those gifts and fully embrace it, which gift would it be? What difference would it make for you?

Thank you for being part of my world during 2013.

Have an Extraordinary Festive Season
